Space and time of postmodern musical communication

The article deals with one of the forms of artistic communication – communication of composer and listener. It appears as inter-subjective relations, based on equivalence, equality, mutual interest of the partners to each other, the constant addition and concentration of circulating information between them. The author focuses on the problem of understanding of contemporary music. The peculiarities of the temporal organization of postmodern musical work in conjunction with the temporality of its spatial characteristics are revealed. The question of possibility of musical communication in the culture of the future is examined. A positive solution to this problem is seen in the infinite multiplicity of artistic meanings, open forms, new space-temporal features of creative work and perception.
