Rostov – Glasgow: it’s time to close drawbridges

The article characterizes creative relations between two higher educational institutions namely Rostov Conservatoire and Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. The relations resulted in joint opera productions, exchange of students of different specialities, creative encounters, master-classes.
