Author of three monographs including “Glinka’s operatic poetics in the context of national cultural traditions” (Volgograd – Rostov-on-Don: 2004), “Russian opera of the first half of the 19th century: legacy, creators, performers” (Volgograd, 2011); more than 60 academic articles, among those 20 were published in Higher Attestation Commission (VAK) journals and 1 in a Scopus journal.

Academic interests are focused on the history of Russian music theatre and local music lore.

Author of an academic concept and organizer of interregional and international academic and practical conferences “Serebryakov academic readings” (Volgograd, the Serebryakov Volgograd conservatory, 2003-2011).

Executive editor of nearly 30 academic publications (International academic and practical conference proceedings etc.).

Academic adviser of several postgraduate researches (-) for a PhD degree in Art Studies, 1 defenced dissertation (2019).

Official opponent at the Dissertation Board of the Rachmaninov Rostov State Conservatory (2015-2020).

Laureate of the Volgograd region State Prize for educational activities (2011).

Executive secretary of the Public Council for Culture attached to the Ministry, now the Committee for Culture of the Volgograd region (2011-2016), Member of the Theatre Grants Council under the Governor of the Volgograd region (2013-2016).

Awarded with a Certificate of Honour by the Ministry of Culture and Mass Communications and the Russian Trade Union of Culture Workers (Order № 124-ВН on 01.02. 2008) for a great contribution to the development of culture.
