Music culture of Adygei of the post-Soviet period

The article reconstructs the picture of Adygei’s music life in the post-Soviet period, its problems and achievements namely the formation of professional musical education in the republic, the appearance of music groups (national and academic) and professional composer’s school. Great attention is paid to outstanding culture figures and musicians who played significant role in the development of music culture of Adygei.
