The synthesis of poetry and music in M. Minkov’s vocal cycle «Guitar lamentation» based on F.Garcia Lorca’s poetry (performer’s comments)
The aim of the article is to arouse young performers’ interest in Russian vocal music of the second half of the XX century, and to develop skills of analysis of poetic and music texts and of understanding their correlation (using M. Minkov’s vocal cycle «Guitar lamentation»). The author suggests some methodological recommendations for performing the cycle as well. The article is provided with score examples.
