Daniil Kharms and the soviet rock-absurdism
The National background of the Soviet rock music, its link with Russian poetry avant-guard of the 1920s, with the creative work of Oberiu poets and Daniil Kharms in particular are examined in the article. It is with this tradition that grotesque and parody poetics of the national rock, its ironical and absurdist way of self-expression, buffoon manner and eccentricity are connected. Ontological, social and spiritual closeness of two cultural phenomena which belong to different periods becomes apparent here.
