Genre of choral miniature in russian music on the boundary of the ХIХ–ХХth centuries (on example of S. Taneev’s «Twelve choruses a cappella» Op. 27)

The article touches upon some problems of development of secular choral miniature in Russian music on the boundary of the XIX–XXth centuries. In this historical context, artistic achievements of above-mentioned genre are delighted on example of S. Taneev’s choral works (Op. 27). E. Nazaikinsky’s theoretical ideas in the sphere of genesis of musical miniature were assumed as a basis of analytical studies by the author.
