About the problems of employment among the graduates of musical institutions of higher education (on example of Rostov Conservatoire)

The article is devoted to the problem of employment of the graduates of Russian musical institutions of higher education. Nowadays, the demand for the graduated specialists indicates the efficiency of any educational institution. The results of social surveys help to answer the number of questions, including, in what way this problem is solved by young specialists; if there is an established system of assistance to the Conservatoire graduates in the sphere of job-hunting, which satisfies their material and professional needs; what the contemporary employment center at the Art College should be.
