Alexandra V. Krylova is the author over 120 scientific and methodical works in the sphere of polyphony, music and society, music management (H-index 12), including monographs: "Advertising Audio Communication in Modern Culture" (Rostov-on-Don, 2004), "The Sound in Advertising" (Rostov-on-Don, 2009), collection of articles "Music in The Culture of Everyday Life" (Rostov-on-Don, 2011), and articles published in peer-reviewed journals, including 24 articles in the journals recommended by All-Russian Attestation Commission and 10 articles indexed in SCOPUS.

Activities

Alexandra V. Krylova is the member of the Scientific Council at the Rostov State S. Rachmaninov Conservatoire; as a scientific advisor she has prepared 7 PhDs and 1 Grand PhD. Also A.V. Krylova is the permanent member of the academic symposia and conferences, the organizer and participant of many regional and international research projects and educational conferences. She is the head of research groups within the Russian Foundation for Humanities Research, Russian Foundation for Basic Research and the initiator of creative projects funded by the Federal Target Program on Culture.

In 2003 A.V. Krylova was awarded for achievements related to the implementation of scientific and methodological approaches to the challenges of new forms of music with the award "Scientist of the Year" established by the Head of Administration of the Rostov region. In 2010 she was awarded with the Honorary diploma by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation for the significant contribution to development of culture.

In 2013, within the framework of the national program "Golden Fund of National Science" and in accordance with the decision by the Commission on awards of the European scientific and Industrial Consortium she was awarded with the medal "Labore et scientia – Labor and knowledge" for significant contribution to the development of world science.
