T. Sidneva lectures on Aesthetics, Art and Culture History for undergraduate and graduate students. She is a scientific advisor of 10 PhD. The subject of doctoral dissertation: "The category of the border in music: a change of cultural paradigms"

Research sphere and interests

The dialectic of borders in culture, classical, non-classical, post-non-classical cultural paradigms and their embodiment in art, music in the system of modern culture.

Publications

A chief editor of the journal "Actual problems of higher music education", the Chairman of the Dissertation Council D 210.030.02 for the award of academic degrees in the sphere of "musical art", the Scientific director of the All-Russian Olympiad of music school students.

The number of published scientific works is about 200, including 3 monographs: "Aesthetics of Postmodernism" ( recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for use in the educational process, 2009), "Aesthetics for students of creative universities" (awarded the diploma "The Best Scientific Book 2016" in the nomination "Humanities": International Innovative University. Moscow-Sochi).

Activities

T. Sidneva was awarded the badge “For achievements in culture” (2003). She is the Honored Worker of Higher School of the Russian Federation, member of the Union of Composers of the Russian Federation.
