Realization of national traditions in Aslan Gotov’s piano works (on example of «Free variations on a folk theme»)

The article examines genre and style features of piano compositions by professional composers of Adyghea on example of Aslan Gotov’s works. The author reveals specific ways and means of realization of national traditions in A. Gotov’s «Free variations on a folk theme», pays special attention to genre and style transformations of the folk tune in the context of composer’s conception.
